I am another person who has had some money stolen from Michael Munday and i am in the middle of getting a case together to get the investigating det sgt to charge him and prosecute him in court unfortunately because livo court is now closed i have to go to either bankstown or cambelltown to lay the charges and hopefully he won't create a defence so he will automatically lose....

Matt - If I can ask how recent or how long ago did you get ripped off and did you purchase something off him or does he owe you money for something? The reason I ask is that I have read that he has sold goods that he has not supplied and he has also received goods and not paid for them?

Campbelltown Amateur Swimming Club (CASC) - someone with the same name as you who has gone through a lot already with a sick child. I thought this low life has no morals(I know he has none anyway) if he then went and ripped him off.He owes me money... over $10,000.00..... and what is CASC?
You didn't say what the money was for?
M Munday has a Criminal court mention on 1st Feb 2012, 9:30am at Bankstown court NSW.
If you go to the following link: and type in "Munday" for the name of party to search on and then change the date to "All Weeks" you can bring up and court cases under that surname in the next two weeks.
Based on the evidence and advice from lawyers he will have to decide if he is pleading guilty or not. If he pleads guilty a sentence date will be set, if pleading not guilty there may be a number of mentions in the Local Court before being committed for sentence. During this time his solicitor may discuss the case with the DPP in an attempt to reduce the seriousness of the offence that he is being sentenced for. This may mean that the case is adjourned while the DPP consider what charges will proceed.
Given that there have been previous mention already, one can only assume that M Munday has pleaded not guilty already and is trying to lessen the charges.

What do you mean by "if pleading not guilty there may be a number of mentions in the Local Court before being committed for sentence". If he pleads "not guilty" there'll be no committing "for sentence" but rather to trial - and if he's found guilty then yes the court will pass sentence/make orders.
Likewise when you say "During this time his solicitor may discuss the case with the DPP in an attempt to reduce the seriousness of the offence that he is being sentenced for" you must be meaning to say, reduce the seriousness of offence(s) that they'll take to trial or that Munday can plea to prior.
If anyone's going to be around that area on 1st Feb, it would be great to hear what happens first hand.
