    Default Failed recordings?

I'm running Gemini 4.3.1 and have an issue with recording files on my DM500S, which I hope someone may be able to help me with.

Recently I have found when I set timer recordings which have returned 1kB files.

For instance this morning I set:
Hurricanes v Stormers on Rugby Channel - worked fine, no issues
IPL Replay on Sky Sport 1 - 1 file set, 1kB in size
DFB Cup Final on ESPN - 1 file set, 0kB in size

I woke up not much after the soccer had started, tried again to set the recording to go again manually, once again an empty file.

I'm recording to another PC on the network using a CIFS mount.

    Any ideas?

I wonder if it has anything to do with your image version.....?

sounds like it does not have RW rights ( read _ write ) from within the image recording setup and also at the other end on the share hdd

yes, but I can record one program OK, if it was that, it wouldn't work at all you'd think.
