Default hitachi convergence ic chip is there a way to test ic chips

Hi, I have a Hitachi 50ux26b manufacture date 1998, I am having issue with 1 of the 3 chips there is a blue line on magic focus out of wack indicating that I have a bad IC chip, I have found that the chip is available to replace. Part #: 2003191 INTEGRATED CIRCUIT CHIP STK4274 I have taken cover off rear of tv and located all 3 chips assuming there is (1 red, 1 blue, 1 green) I would like to figure out which chip out of the 3 are bad is there a way to test and find out which one to replace I don't want to replace all of them. are they labeled red blue green on each chip/board or do I have to remove all of them and use a meter to find the bad one, and how do I test each ic to eliminate the faulty one.

For the price of those convergence IC's wouldn't it just be easier to change both of them.
