    Default weird AGC problem

    got weird problem with my 7020,the AGC is all over the place.
    my SNR is constantly ~90% but the AGC varies from channel to channel,(Cbeebee has 0%)
    BER is 0 and i can get a lock on the SAT, channels work and it doesnt drop out.
    its connected to a multi switch and i got dual lnb,other box is dm800 but cant find the AGC info(has no issues)

    example:
    fox sports 1
    SNR = 91%
    AGC = 19%
    BER = 0

    Cbeebee
    SNR = 89%
    AGC = 0
    BER = 0

    nat geo wild
    SNR = 95%
    AGC = 76%
    BER = 0

    what could the cause be?
    what is AGC anyway, is it the LNB power signal?

    how long was your cable run yeahbabi ?
    I wouldn't have thought you'd need that unless you run in excess of 30 + meters?

    It's Automatic Gain Control AGC will fluctuate. The AGC stops the tuner module in the sat box from overloading.

    If all the channel were operating correctly before you decided to put the inline amp on, you don't need the inline amp.

    My C Band with C/Ku lnb has a cable run of around 30m with no issues.

    ~20m, though it was a rg59, not an rg6
