Dreambox with V2

Anyone got their dreambox running smoothly with the V2 card.

Ie No breakup or resets !!!

How bad are the pics breaking up and does the box reset? Are you running a phoenix connect directly or via GW?

It resets or reinit the card every 5 to 10mins.

NewCS handles it the best, CCCam resets even more.

Try changing one of the options in the first few lines of the newcs config file

But i'm not gonna spoon feed you.

If we are on the same wavelength then you could have an entry in your cccam.cfg file.

Here is a screen dump (in all its glory - card ids / numbers too) of a I2Vzeta sent to us from AN for testing with the DM Boxes on their network on IS8. This is for card reading / local use, not card sharing.

older version I2V5.2

It works and tested with

I2 version 4 (all the 4 series with different configs)
I2 version 5 (all the 5 series [although 5.2 cards need mgcam client to stop the counter measures with some providers] with different configs)
I2 version Zeta (only tried 6 zeta providers but works fine with different configs)

I have successfully setup two different DM servers with V2 Irdeto cards.

The only way I managed to get them read, was via Phoenix and NewCS.

The sample configs that several (well one or two) members have posted over the years were really helpful and worked for me.

I haved tried CCcam 2.0.8 and no go , lots of breakup or resets . The only combination that works is newCS 1.5 and CCcam 2.0.5 . Does it mean that I have to put in another box to get update now and then ? Could CCcam2.0.8 ( no newCS involved ) update it ?
