    Default Dedicated Streaming Box

    Im already a owner of a Mediastar HD8200 which works great as my mainbox.. Now I need to get a cheapie box just for streaming over the network to my ipad.

    Can anyone recommend a ok reliable box that will only be used for streaming.

    Was thinking of some Dreamboxes for $80 perhaps. Theres a DM 500-S on ebay for $90.

    If anyone can recommend better please let me know

    dreambox500s from Fernbay will do the trick.

    hmmm looks like you need a dedicated computer to do stream crunching to another format.. or use a buggy limited ipad application thats pretty new..

    Might actually be better to investigate into slingbox or volkano.. can get stuff from my DVB-T as well streamed.
