    Default PLI - CCcam x 2 Versions 2.0.0 and 2.0.9

for certain configurations - you need two versions of CCcam - 2.0.0 and 2.0.9
pli only provides for one version to be installed
I have made a tar.gz so you can install both at once

might come in handy for some
    cheers

    Cool.

Very briefly and generally, what do you have to do to get two different version cams installed together?

    Cheers, RHCP.

RHCP as nfnovice says (haven't tried it yet):

yeah it is possible I just made the attached file
    it has CCcam200 and CCcam209 n it
I also put CCcam channelinfo for aussie channels as well

put it in /tmp and then manual install
In softcam setup put the CCcam200 against 0ptu$ and the Cccam209 against F0x and away you go

There is no config file in this - so your existing cccam.cfg will need to still be there
There is no keys in here either

    nfnovice attached the following file(s):

    cccam_dual.tar.gz ( 664 Kb ) - 9 download(s)

nfnovice, to do this manually, do you just give different names to the cam.ppc files and shove them in the /var/bin folder? And provide identifying names in the files in the cam folder?

    Thanks, RHCP.

I'm not even trying - Don't know anyone with fox; so watching the odd footy game and downloaded episode of Dr. Who/BSG is about the full extent of my dreams use.

    Good luck, RHCP.

Connect to Dreambox with DCC (DreamControlCenter)
got to FTP, find file you want to change, rightclick on it,
select attributes and change to what's needed.

I dont understand why you need 2 versions running at the same time, one does it all. but you must have your reasons for more than one instance of CCcam.

I simply use Newcs & Mgcamd does everything I need. sometimes for fun i use CCcam but always return to my trusty mgcamd.

for ones with 500s etc who have aurora with keys (cccam 2.0.0 and below), plus NDS bluey in slot at same time (cccam 2.0.5 and above) need both versions, so they can switch to keep things up to date..

Thks nfnovice, still trying to get it working on 500s. Currently using nabilosat which is a good image and allows 2.0.0 and 2.0.9.

used dreamup via null modem to flash erase, then flash maxvar pli image to 500s.

When i ftp your tar.gz to tmp and try to manually install it comes up with insufficient space in var to install.

Anyone else have this prob or do I need to start deleted files in var dir???

    thks
