Gorbtrack is another good program but you must load the Australian Geographical part of the program.
You enter your place name, choose the satellite you want and it gives you all the necessay details.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!
37°48′49″S is latitude (all southern hemisphere latitudes are S for south and can also be shown without the S, but with a minus in front. Eg: -37°48′49″ is the same as 37°48′49″S)
144°57′47″E is longitude
You have not quoted a satellite longitude, however, Eg: Optus D2 is 152.0°E which is 152.0° east of the 0° longitude meridian, which runs through Greenwich England UK.
All satellite locations are referenced from the 0° longitude meridian, being either east or west of that line.
Just enter your suburb into dish pointer.
