Hey mate, i have THIS EXACT SAME ISSUE! Did you ever solve it at all? Please help i am going insane trying to figure this out!
Cheers, Mike
I just bought a near new Belkin Screencast AV4 to create a HDMI wireless bridge between my Pioneer receiver and my Optoma projector. The Belkin gear is used but the seller guarantees they were working. I have just set up all my fancy new home theatre gear and hit the switch and the Blekin Screencast wont pair the Transmitter to the Receiver units. They just do a double blue flash every couple of seconds. I have tried hitting the reset button on both units and also repairing with the pair button to no avail. Strangely they just keep flashing this double blue light when the manual suggests that if they cant pair they will flash orange after some amount of seconds. Can anyone shed any light on what is happening or make any suggestions? I am thinking I have been sold a damaged unit??
Cheers for any advice!!

I bought one of these units a couple of weeks ago and have no troubles. I did try to push the signal outside to a tv under my pergola and had a similar issue to you guys. Suggest that your issues may relate to the transmitter and receiver being too far apart. Put them both in the same room and see if they connect.
They are both in the same room around 3m apart in perfect line of sight.
Hmmm there is not alot of info regarding this topic online
Same problem.
I've got exactly the same issue too - did anybody ever solve this?
Is this what you mean?
If so, read the thread at .
Perhaps it will help you.
Guys,
After searching the net for anyone that has the same problem as me, as described above, this is the only place that came up.
I bought one of these a while ago and after not having any success with it put it in the cupboard. I have now got it out again and still have the same double blinking not pairing problem.
Strikes me that this is just a piece of junk and an expensive one as well.
Did anyone ever manage to get around the problem?
K.
