TV Plus information thread

Hi guys, i've never posted before on this thread....thought i'd say something since I started having issues on Monday.

Called TV Plus and all channels are back. All the channels are together too which is a good move.

now FTA

ERT1 is still FTA, ERT2 is scrambled. Vouli is labeled as $ but is in fact currently FTA.

What frequency details is ERT?

I found ERT 1 on 12285/30000/H/s2
But have only video with no audio.
Is this because I use Octagon SF918 HD and it cant decode
AAC audio or can I manually change audio PID?

my inlaws had similar problem a couple of weeks ago
turn power off from mains
then 2 minutes later turn it back on fixed
not sure if you have same problem but worth a try

Well ERT1 was scrambled sometime this afternoon, as was Vouli. So that's already over. Only the church's 4E is still FTA.

I think they play this feed

whatever is not on webtv does not play

Hi, Anybody out there having issues trying to contact TV Plus to activate new card?
I have been trying for at least 4 hours a day during the last week since my parents received the new card in the post.
The letter with the card states to not install the new card till you contact them.
I have tried both the Sydney and Melbourne numbers.
All I get is music on the line.

2 hours on the phone yesterday for a customer and what a #### up
the new premium v7 card finally came to life but was a lot of turn the box off take the card out put the card in scratch your arse and pray a lot
and that music did my head in

Hi all,

They finally took my call, I guess they don't have many people assisting with the card changeover.

Best advise I can give is have patience when calling and someone will answer.

The TVPlus webpage seems to have vanished, the phone number wont connect and I seem to have no TV Plus channels??? Anyone got any information on what may have happened (if anything). Have these guys gone the way of UBI, only without telling anyone what actually happened?
