NewCS Server on XP Question

Guys

I've got NewCS working over my home network.
I've now added my brother (WAN Connection) under users in newcs.xml

<user>
<name>Tony</name>
<password>1234</password>

</user>

I've also added a 2 in his CCcam.cfg at the end of the DES key

He's not able to log on to my NewCS and I am getting this message

[ 2333 ] [ Newcamd:55000 ] Unknown user tryed to login: Tony

The username & password are exactly the same between my newcs.xml and his CCcam.cfg

Has anyone had this problem before ?

restart newcs to invoke the changes made.

And next time add the users via the web interface that way you wont have to restart newcs.

Thank you for the suggestions.
The problem was quite simple but not obvious, after many hours of process elimination it turns out that newcs 1.5 requires both UDP & TCP protocol opened for the allocated port.
I had read somewhere that I only needed to open the UDP, obviously this was incorrect information.

well I reckon just TCP is good enough....but whatever works for you mate

Well you know what, its probably worth trying. If UDP is not needed why enable it?
What ? I wanted to ask you is how do I get Al Jazeera Chanel in my Bouquet?
I use Bouquet Wizard and every time I add it and do an export I get a "removed service" on the dreambox. Any pointers ?
