Have you made sure you were logged out before logging in with another device?
Maybe it only allows one login
This is driving me nuts! I've set up a wireless camera, configured port forwarding in my router and everything seems to be correct. I can log on with my mobile phone without any problems, but when I try with laptops or my Samsung Tab, I can't connect. I'm using the exact same ip address with the browsers and can't understand why it is ok on the mobile phone but not the others?? On internal LAN there's no problem, it's only the remote access.

Thanks weirdo, I thought of that as well, but it doesn't make any difference.
Are you using an app/program on your phone or a browser?
May be different ports for app and browser that need to be forwarded.
I think this has to do with the fact that I'm accessing the web through my wireless connection with the laptop and/or the samsung tab, the phone is not.
Must be conflicting at the router, I'm going to tether to the phone and see if that solves it, or try with a usb dongle.
Thanks for the suggestions.
If your your phone it accessing it through an internet connection it will be a different address on your local network - ie you cant put in your external IP address and access it on your local network. You would need to put the local IP address in and use that on your LAN.
I'm having the same farkin problem.
I'm sure if that wanted to make it more complicated, they couldn't.
Crock of Shite if you ask me.
what is you upnp status mine is Failed
Grrr
Ok got mine up and running, how did you go.
My problem was the upnp then typing the wrong address to view camera.
You need to type the Wan address of your router followed by : and then the port number
Good Luck.
I must remember to power down items after changing settings
