Streaming Live Video from HD PTZ IP Camera
Hi,
Firstly, apologies if this or something similar has already been posted.
We have large room where lectures are held. We want to mount a HD IP PTZ Camera to the suspended ceiling about half way down the room and run it through a LAN and stream the lectures Live online.
The camera needs to accept a separate audio feed input from the lapel mic in the room.
My Concerns are as follows:
1. Can we stream in HD over ADSL2 to say eg. USTREAM and the audience can watch it without video /audio lag? If not, what is the max resolution / FPS that we can stream without lag reliably online? (H.264, MJPEG MPEG-4?)
2. Using a separate audio feed, can we maintain audio and video sync?
3. Will this setup require additional hardware other than just the camera and an internet connection? If so, what is required?
Our Budget is between $1,000 - $2000 max.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Regards
