Tecom - event code 142

I noticed at the cms that some clients get a CID event 142 alarm (polling loop short) after Remote Log in (Successful Upload).

What is this?

I think it may be to do with client or the client's own tech doing some local programming.

Is it something to do with a voltage drop once someone disconnects?

AS far as i know the TECOM doesn't use event code of 142, the event code would 143 Exp Module Fail or 140 General Alarm, but if the zone was E 150 00 C142 then it would be time changed.

If a tech or client enter menu 19 then it would come with a code of E15000C146 Enter Program Mode.

This makes sense given the recent daylight savings. All I know is that it came as an alarm. I may have misread it but i thought it was event code 142.
