Tecom Challenger Titan registration
Guys,
We use a Challenger system to control door entry at work and it works fine. But the Titan application has run out of registration. It still works OK too, except that there is a 30 second delay when starting the Titan app before you can log in. Does that mean we have to buy registration for the Titan app again?

It just means you need to fin your original registration details and reregister. It doesn't cost anything.

Went through that process and got the key resent, applied it, but it is wrong.
Call GE Tech support on 1300 361 479, and select option 1.
Talk to a nice lady, and she will fix your problem.
