Hi,
Tell me if I am an idiot here but I have swapped out the programming pins, gone into programming mode and made alterations to every location I needed to.
However I cant alter the installer code nor user codes even though I have been into location P98E and P99E.
With the Master code defaulted I can get into master mode but no farther.

is there a step I am missing? It seems odd that I can change everything else apart from these two features....
