Default TP-LINK TD-W8970 all in one router

    Interesting:

    The guts of it is:
    •802.11n wifi, 2.4 Ghz only, 3T3R probably,300mbps wireless
    •ADSL and ADSL2+
    •Four gigabit port
•Port 1 can be used for EWAN (cable or NBN etc)
•2 USB port for storage or printer sharing, 3G dongles, FTP, media server.

None of this is the cutting edge, No idea if it's a Ralink/Trendchip creation, but the wifi on/off switch hints that it is, and how much does it cost ?

    Anyone tried one yet?

as I know, the W8968 is also a modem router, but with the fast ethernet port not gigabyte port, beside that what i want to know a bit more the new model W8970, it seems to have a lot of advance than the old model w8968

Looks like this unit is now available!

PCCasegear, Mwave and ARC are all reporting them in stock and selling them for $99. That undercuts a lot of competition – should put the cat among the pigeons!
