Concept 3 & 4000's missing tests
Hi folks. Just wondering if anyone's aware of a function in programming with the concept 3 & 4000 panels which stops them reporting their dialler test during times of system inactivity, such as Christmas etc? My monitoring centre missed a heap of tests from these panels over the weekend and I seem to recall something about such a function.

Solved by my own service manager but I'll post the answer here in case this is usefeul to someone else in future. Turns out there is a holidays function in these panels which by default has Xmas day, Boxing day and New Years day marked as holidays, and in the test report programming there is a H which can be ticked / unticked to either enable or disabe the reporting of the dialler test on holidays. In some of our panels the H was not ticked, therefore we missed tests. Weird feature - but there ya go.
