Default Iomega StorCenter ix2-dl or Netgear ReadyNAS Duo v2

I have got both of them from a customer which has upgraded. I have not used either so far. Which one would be the better choice to keep?

I would mainly use it to store media files for the home network and some PC backups. Not really to intensive use.

Could some share thoughts about which one suits better my needs and why.

    Default

I use the Buffalo Terastation for backups and my customers that need data protection for there end-users.

Depending on the use case, it's almost the same but support is very poor when you run into problem or hardware replacement.
