2 din gps error on start up

hi iam new to this and i would grateful to any help,, my eonon g2216 unit has started throwing up an error on the gps and will not go any further, error below

iam not sure if this is the software on the card or the system its self,

not sure what to post in the way of onfo so hope this helps

version 30c6-30c5-0250 windows ce 6.0
firmware version
mcu v05.17
dvd v04.12
hmi v06.10
ive tried resetting, and document repair but no joy
any help would be grateful
