    Default IQ recorded shows

Is there a way to copy recorded shows from cable IQ box to a PC?
If so what app would I need to do that?

    Cheers:

There is no easy way - that I know of, but what I do is remove the HDD from the IQ, place it in a cradle.
Copy the recorded show to my server
Convert from the native format to anything I want (AVI or similar)
Transfer to the converted filer to my NAS
Return the HDD to the IQ

I've actually made it easy for myself and built a small cradle external to the IQ so the HDD no longer lives in the IQ

In hindsight I should have posted my Facebook status as: "I've blown the head gasket on my 1997 XR3i" rather than "I've just buggered a 14 year old escort".
The police still haven't seen the funny side, my lap top's been confiscated and the wife has gone off to her mum's.
