Default How do I get this to work?

I've tried downloading this file but can't get it to work. The site counts down, supposedly fetches the file then nothing happens.
I have no idea what's happening & can't find any way to get the file to download.
Haven't tried their "fast" download option as I have no need to use this site for any other uploads or downloads.
Any help to discover where I'm going wrong would be appreciated.
    Thanks

It should then change to a window that says "click here to download"

Try using a different browser. IE instead of chrome or visa versa?

I'm with Geobjw, I've tried three browsers so far - closest I got was with Firefox but got turned off by need to register with unknown sites and downloaded unknown and un wanted crap supposedly to get this file.
I've never had a problem with Bazzle01's downloads before, but this one is driving me mad.
This is a screen shot of what I get - trustworthy isn't it ??

As this point I'm not prepared to go any further
In hindsight I should have posted my Facebook status as: "I've blown the head gasket on my 1997 XR3i" rather than "I've just buggered a 14 year old escort".
The police still haven't seen the funny side, my lap top's been confiscated and the wife has gone off to her mum's.

You have to make sure no scripts, popups, ads, are blocked & anti phishing etc. is disabled.
Just close any popups or other windows that open like the one pictured above & it works ok.

So you're suggesting that I turn off everything that helps protect me?? sound like a good idea Ohhh & BTW page I posted above is NOT a popup it's just another page that opens.

If you want to download that file you'll most likely have to, they don't have to be permanently disabled, just temporary if you want that file.
That's the only way I could get it, otherwise all that happened was the countdown went to zero & it just went round in circles when clicking to download again.
In my browser the page you showed opened in another tab (set to open pages in new tabs) I just closed the tab & the original page was behind it.
I use 2 browsers nowdays, F-Fox with everything enabled for 99% of browsing etc. & Chromium with everything disabled for things like getting that file above, it's a lot quicker just to open Chromium & grab the file then close it again than it is to disable everything in F-Fox then re-enable it all again just for one file every so often.

Because I have shared so much, I and some others I know are banned from many download places.
Its not easy to find somewhere to host the files.
If you hit the correct links set up your PC right you minimise being exposed to the crap.
Ill keep your place in mind when I get moved on again.

    Thanks for your link..
