Rumors: Microsoft to sell game console XBox division

Actually Satya Nadella is Microsoft's new chief. But he has an influential adviser on the side: Bill Gates. He talks now about controversial business areas of the Microsoft group.
So on May 05, 2014, Bill Gates said in an interview with US tv-channel "Fox Business", he favors a sale of the hardware division "game console Xbox", if Nadella would want this. "Should Microsoft decide to a sale, then", Gates, "would he stand behind it absolutely".

Microsoft is currently behind its rival Sony and their new PlayStation 4 game consoles. So, Microsoft late April announced that they have sold five million pieces of the new Xbox one worldwide. However these are devices that were delivered to dealers. At the same time, Sony had sold already seven million devices to end-users.
