windows 7 not download files

Hi

I have windows 7 Pro 64 bit. I try to download files and they just don't start downloading???
Right click etc etc double clip
no go???
Any ideas?

First go to Control Panel/Network & Internet/Internet Options(Properties), then check your security settings. I use; Internet Medium High.

Second check your Virus Checker/Firewall settings.


Third try a different browser, FF, Chrome, Opera? I usually use Firefox & IE for downloads.


If none of that works, try a download manager. I sometimes use Orbit Download manager for really large files 1GB+.
