DAS Comnav 2 - Hooray!

Had my Comnav 2 installed today and a simple phrase sums it all up:

Free app for android and Apple and it just works!

Hey Matt, I have an old version of comnav and i downloaded the new app but can't get it to work and tech support couldn't really say much except (Upgrade firmware). It may be that I must need the latest model of comnav but am not sure. My question is, the what is the passcode field on the app?? is this the download access code or what/how do I know what the passcode is?. I know the username and PIN as I currently connect using a web browser but it would be handy to get this app to work. Any advice would be appreciated, thx.

Hi Oz sec ... the new app only works with the comnav 2. The password is part of the new system.

You need to use that pox app for the comnav 1 still

Pox app? Will be compatible with both versions of ComNav soon, surprised Hills didn't just provide firmware upgrades and the new ios/android software. But then again wheres the profit in that

Hi Matt, I'm going to assume I have version 1 - how much was version 2? Does it allow any additional features?
All I'm trying to do is confirm my alarms are armed (according to zone), get the alarm to email / call (do away with the PSTN, yes I'm aware of risks) and talk to the kocom which is connected to the alarm / acts as the intercom

any recommendations on an installer? I'm right next to you (I bought a tv from your old store and actually went to your place and you to mine LOL - assuming you're still in the SE from another forum)
