Hello to all
I have A Toshiba Satellite 4020 CDT that has windows 2000 professional on it. I'm wanting to install windows 95 but I'm needing the Microsoft Windows 95 Setup Boot Diskette and The Toshiba Backup Utilities/Software CD. Any help would be appreciated.
Best Regards,

Try for the Windows 95 Boot Disk.
I've done a Google search for the Toshiba CD but without success.

Support for 95 has ended, so there will be no driver updates available through MS updates.
I have done quite a few oldies and so far never needed special discs for it.
The laptop should be able to boot from CD directly, so simply create bootable install CD and let the setup start automatically.
As for the drivers do a good google search or contact Toshiba over the support, they usually provide a download link within 3 days.
Simply state you need 95 and this laptop for the control of some old SMD placement machine.
There are still sources out that offer 95 with a bunch of drivers and updates till the end of the support period included.
is an overview of the general procedure with links.
To make the CD bootable you can use Win85 start images as well, either for floppy or CD, just use Nero and include the start image to make the 95 cd bootable.
Once on DOS change to the setup directory and start it, or include the whole thing into the autoexec.bat to start the setup automatically.
