Default [Windows 7] What services are safe to disable?

If you, a Windows 7 user, have faced your computer is booting/running slow, then probably disabling services, that are by default enabled, can help to speed up things.

A comprehensive guide you might read for that purpose.

It seems at least 19 services in any case can be disabled.

    Important:
It is highly recommended that you create a restore point before making changes to the services. This way if you make a mistake that cripples your computer, you can do a System Restore using the restore point to undo the changes.

Down load Crapcleaner, it has a section to delete in running programs and start up, it also allows you to google check the programs before you delete that they are critical. Just make sure you use a reputable source as a reference as there are a lot wanting you to down load their programs to check, DO NOT DO THAT!

if you tick 'hide all microsoft services' you can just disable the rest. and on the startup tab, just disable everything.
