Default [Windows 9] Will it really come as a free update for Windows 8?

If the come true, owners of Windows 8.1 with the update 1 (and optional the update 2 - August 2014) installed can upgrade to Windows 9 for free.
The Indonesian Microsoft Manager Andreas Diantoro, head of the Indonesian Microsoft business, has reported the Indonesian website "Detik" that an upgrade on Windows 9 will be free for the users, if they have purchased a regular Windows 8 license for their notebook, tablet or desktop PC.
The new version of the Windows OS come in as a regular update on the Windows 8 computers, the user must take anything further. The amounts of data should be immensely, so Diantoro, why he recommends a stable Internet connection.
