Personally I probably wont bother with W10 as W8.1 (64bit) serves me well & the only reason I updated from XP was to have an OS that would run Cyberlink PowerDirector 11 (64bit) on an i7 Quad-core for video processing speed while HD video editing.
The only thing that may compel me to upgrade to W10 is if a future upgrade of PowerDirector requires it.
