WIN8.1 query on START program removals?
I downloaded Piccsa the other day to be able to edit some pictures and I got this offer to use Google to back up any pictures which I ignored.
Now every time I turn the computer on, this damn offer appears and I want to stop or remove it but I am lost as to where to turn it off in WIN8.1 so can any one help me please?

I was fairly good in '95, reasonable in '98, fair in XP, tolerable in '7 but both age (mine) and newer programs such as '8 have left me struggling in changing things now.
