Do You Ever "Browse" for New Apps?

With well over one million apps on the (Windows Store, Google Play, Apple App Store ) finding new quality apps may sometimes be a tough task to do. However, there are many different ways you can go about it. Let us know if you ever browse for new apps, and what your favorite way of doing so is.

As for me, I am looking for something new once a month or even two months.

If I need a new app it is generally database related so I write my own. The basics are well covered so there is nothing really that hasn't already been developed so anything is just a variation on a theme. i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation. FWIW spreadsheet and database can loosely be lumped together as can WP and Presentation. Yes, I know that there are a myriad of variations on the theme, including photo/video editing, web development, etc.
