    Default Excel spreadsheet help required

I hope someone has the skills to help with this little problem.

    I have two spread sheets.

In spread sheet one I have 12 columns by 90 lines however only two columns interest me.
Specifically Column B is numeric and carries a 10 digit range of numbers (mobile phone numbers)
Column E again is a numeric and carries a different range of numbers up to 15 in length (IMEI number)

In spread sheet two I have the same set of mobile phone numbers in a column but the over the last year the numbers have grown dramatically and spread sheet two now has over 200 lines (consequently over 200 mobile phone numbers)

I need to add a column to Spreadsheet 2 so as to include the IMEI numbers from spread sheet 1 and needless to say I need the IMEI to marry against its original phone number.

I thought I may be able to cheat and just cut and paste but you guessed it our phone numbers aren't in any sort of numerical sequence, just random sets of numbers.

I thought it might be the concatenate command but in reality I just don't know.
    Can any one help
In hindsight I should have posted my Facebook status as: "I've blown the head gasket on my 1997 XR3i" rather than "I've just buggered a 14 year old escort".
The police still haven't seen the funny side, my lap top's been confiscated and the wife has gone off to her mum's.

Either vlookup or index and match. Vlookup will need the data in very specific locations but index and match used together will find what ever you want. If I wasn't on my phone is paste an example but there's plenty of instruction on those functions from me Google.

Thanks Drift, much appreciated - I'll Google some options but if you get the opportunity to paste an example it would be very helpful.
    Thanks

Thanks for the offer Phil, unfortunately I can't.
They contain staff private information, however when I get back to work after Easter I'll doctor up a couple of sheets with BS entries and send you those if that's OK
    cheers
