Default Cant play golf with two people

Decided to dust off the Xbox360 as a jokey thing between me and missus as we were talking about golf and who would win – so I remembered the 'old' xbox....

Xbox360 modded. Tiger Woods PGA10 (Original Retail Disc). And bugger me if I/we can't workout how to play 2 player!

    I can't go 'Live' as MS might kill it. But I can't work out how to play two player – as in;
1st Hole – I take a shot. Then the missus takes a shot on the same hole etc.

We've created a profile each and named them accordingly, but when we start the game Tiger Woods is there. No where do we see "Player 1" or "Player 2", nor do we see any "profilename1" or "profilename2" selection option.

Also we have another Xbox360 not modded, but the controllers (we only have two), won't connect to it but they work fine on our modded one. Why is that? I got this unmodded one ($30) last week, with no controllers so we can play the legit games on Xbox live.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I had some time to spare so looked a little more for you.

Go to the above, and scroll down the page past the review to the posts starting on

They refer to PGA 11, but I am hoping PGA 10 may be similar for you?

    Good luck.

    Got it working, thanks Viewer.

Didn't realise that - besides - making TWO profiles on the xbox360, once inside the game, you have to make another TWO profiles DOH!

But as the Profiles (in the PGA game), are made each on has to go through a 'training' section, which turns out to be important as it becomes the basis of your four skills (Driving, Green, Sand and Putting), with points being allocated. So for any noobies, try as good as you can on this 'training' section.

And of course do this through 'Manage My Golfers' section.

Then the games TWO players (or 3, 4), can play are in the GAME MODES.

Once again, thanks for your help viewer.

Your welcome mate...I often find things so frustrating, but now, with being a self funded retiree, I have time and I can spend more looking for the answers.

There were many threads on your problem, with most saying the simple act of playing a 2 player game was the let down of the program in many editions.

Anyhow, keep up the male flag, and make sure you beat the missus!
