I too was unable to download anything from that site yesterday and I see today it is not available.
For most of my life, I lived a delusion
So, because I've an unlimited data plan, I've started to download the MCE which is part of TechNet's "Windows XP Collection (14.4 GB)" you can find several times in the internet.
Because the download speed actually will not exceed ~10KB/s, as I could notice, it will take some days downloading the 14.4 GB completes. If successfully completed I'll re-upload the Windows XP MCE 2005 ( EN_WINDOWS_XP_MCE2005_DISC1.ISO & EN_WINDOWS_XP_MCE2005_DISC2.ISO ) to the cloud so you will be able to get it from there.
Please be patient ...

The "Security Update for Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 Update Rollup 2 X86 Edition (KB2619340)" you download from here:
This update is a major update to MCE 2005 which enhances the stability and performance of MCE 2005. This update fixes several known issues. The update also adds the following new functionality to Media Center:

Additionally, Media Center now prompts you to install the software components that Media Center must have to support the Media Center Extender functionality of the Xbox 360.
- On U.S. versions of Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, this update provides support for a second Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) tuner card. Media Center now supports up to two ATSC tuner cards and two National Television Systems Committee (NTSC) tuner cards.
- Media Center now supports DVB-T radio where DVB-T radio is broadcast.
- Media Center now includes a configurable optimization option to make sure that your Media Center computer continues to run smoothly.

And so on ... it's on you now
Important:
I'll remove this copy of Windows XP MCE 2005 after a week or so, because I need the space allocated on my cloud drive otherwise. So don't complain about a dead link. Thanks for your understanding.
