Default Computer Rebuid to Mac IOS

I have an HP EliteBook (somewhat surplus to requirements)
Current specs are HP EliteBook 8740w (Core i7-720QM 1.6GHz, 8GB RAM, 500GB SATA HDD

I would like to rebuild this unit as a Macintosh running the latest IOS.
However it's not a learning curve I wish to undertake myself.

Are there any tech members here that might be interested (for a fee) in building it for me ??
    Cheers
In hindsight I should have posted my Facebook status as: "I've blown the head gasket on my 1997 XR3i" rather than "I've just buggered a 14 year old escort".
The police still haven't seen the funny side, my lap top's been confiscated and the wife has gone off to her mum's.

    Why not DIY?

To get an idea how this is accomplished watch this 15 minutes video:

How to put Mac OS X (e.g. Mac OS X 10.10.3 Yosemite ) you have downloaded from elsewhere on a USB-stick is shown here:

I know how it's accomplished Joey and as I explained it's not a learning curve I wish to undertake.
This is only required for a very close personal friend who is incapable of doing it herself because of her current medical condition.
If I was to undertake the learning curve it is something I would only do the once.
I personally don't see the point in that and am really not interested in discussing anyone else's point of view either, I'm simply interesting in contracting a service.

    OK, I understood.

But before you pay someone who claims he is experienced in this, run a little (freeware) tool on the Windows PC to be converted: . This because OS X requires at least a CPU ( doesn’t matter if it's an Intel or AMD ) that supports "SSE 2" instruction set or above instruction set.

    Thanks Joey,
I was actually aware of that and had previously checked, but thank you - appreciated.
The Core i7-720QM actually up to SSE4
