OT but how do you find it as a replacement for a laptop?
Leroy
I have a Microsoft SP3 i5 8gb 256gb and have been looking for games that can be played o it.
I have been playing Spintires, obviously not in native res, have been using 1280 x 800, it has no probs.
BeamNG Drive in the same setup can be played but only in the grid crash test map, none of the nicely rendered maps work properly as the aggressive throttling basically makes it unplayable.
Has anyone had success with Assetto Corsca, I have read that it works on the SP3 but before I spend money on the game I would like to confirm from a respectable source, (Austech).
I really want a racing game (sim) as I work away 18 days at a time and it kinda gets boring.
Using the Ds4Tool and a PS4 controller works awesome, and the PS4 controller will work with the SP3 bluetooth, surprisingly the XBOne controller does not, it requires MotionJoy and an usb adapter.(go figure Microsoft).
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

surprisingly it is an excellent replacement for almost all you would be doing on a laptop, this is the first piece of tech that I haven't regretted spending cash on.

I've had one since Christmas,.. it's performance is zippy, (I have the i7/8gb/256gb),.. IMO it's not as 'polished' as I expected, i.e. on-screen kbd pops up when the fold out kbd is connected at times,.. Stylus has its own mind at times,.. Experience of waking it up to log in is inconsistent. Have used the bit locker key many times as it goes of into gaga land at times and I need to press'n'hold the power button to power it down. CPU area gets warm and fan kicks in which makes it a little noisy.

I have had none of those problems, it does lag with demanding games, It will play BeamNG Drive in low res - 1200 x 800
