Recovering .dbf files without .dmp files

I have a problem to recover .dbf files from one server (which already crashed) to another server. We don't have any .dmp files. We only have the .dbf and .ctl plus all files in the /oracle/admin folder.

More info needed. What is the program that you are using? If they follow the original .dbf format, then the files are just a text file with a header giving you the structure of the file. any modern database program should be able to import them. What do you need to achieve?

I was tempted to run this one past our Oracle DBA... but it seems to be another copy/paste of someone else's support question:

Its web site promotion. First the spammer copies and pastes a question. A little later, under another new id, he posts a link to a web site purportedly providing the solution.
