Would that not be pre-installed on all Lenovo laptops anyway?
If your computer is a Lenovo notebook, and "Lenovo Energy Management" tool is not already pre-installed, then it's highly recommended to install it. You will use "Lenovo Energy Mangement" tool among other things to automatically prolong lifetime of notebook's battery.
To install it on a machine running Windows 10, then install the "Lenovo Energy Mangement" applicable for Windows 8.1 as I did it.
FYI: "Lenovo Energy Management" also contains a fan-dust-remover feature!
