    Default vetrun.com

    What has happened to vetrun.com / vetrun.net?

Been trying for a few weeks now but seems the site is down.

    Regards

Regular event every year (usually didnt pay domain registration or broken server)

Edit : Given both domains are active, their server has fallen over. The owner has a hosting company from memory, hoptonhosting.com, which shows up in a domain whois search. That url is also dead.

I have been trying for around a month to check in to Vetrun without success as well.
I have been travelling through Italy and like to keep in touch with things a bit closer to home.
Vetrun is a great forum for satellite enthusiasts - hope it is up and running soon!

It was posted on apsattv.com some time back that the hard drive died at the hosting site and they had no backup. Vetrun has gone for good.

That always seems to be the running excuse anyway

No the running excuse was "forgot to pay the domain".

I have reliable servers with backups and could host the site for free.

Shame the new person running and hosting this site, couldn't get their hands on a back-up of Vetrun
But nice to see another site is born.

Yep, tonnes of valuable information, photos and diagrams gone.
Was a lot of knowledgeable people contributing to that site over a long period of time

Had a great V8 Supercars Feed thread, i think a lot of us enjoyed those times.
