Default Star Wars or Star Trek, who will be the box office winner?

With both to be released soon, who will scoop the most in ticket sales or will it be that close not to matter?

I wouldnt mind being 'In the Counting House, adding up the Takings', would you???
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

Pity it's not at the theatre yet, got a few hours to kill in Launceston while the missus bike get's serviced on Friday, wouldn't mind seeing either of those 2 pics.

No, It's a Duc so Sports Rider in town & 30C predicted so an aircon theatre would be nice for a couple of hours.

Really would like to see either of these 2 movies.

Thanks Hoe, that's weird as I googled the Village Cinema Launceston yesterday & Star Wars wasn't listed, now it is.

Now all I got to do is work out where I can leave my RSV4 & our gear.
Not sure the missus will want to sit in the theatre for 2h16m, either.

Hmm, 2D or 3D? Haven't been to the theatre in years, guess you have to wear those glasses for the 3D?
    Cheers, Tiny

    to work once it finished.

I wont say anything about the movie because there are to many chances of spoiling it
for people all i can say is i will go again.

I'm a trekkie, but I think Star Wars is likely to wipe the floor with the new Star Trek movie in that there has been a longer wait for the next instalment of Star Wars. The last Star Trek movie was only released a couple of years ago.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Holy crap.... i just got out of the local Supermarket, i was constantly looking over my shoulder at nerdy men wearing make up and strange clothes.
Thinking to myself, someone has let the loonies out tonight..... Then the Check Out girl said, the local screening of Star Wars just got out....

    Ahhhhhhhh..... bloody freaks
