Default Kim Dotcom can be extradited to US.

If Australia is a democracy why, then, is voting compulsory?

"Wearing leg irons is now not required."

Reporting twice a week to police.....me pictures him reporting to police and then jumping on a boat headed to somewhere very remote and unknown, by the time authorities find out hes gone.

His enemy is his public face, wherever he goes he will be found.

    So whats happened to Kim?

He is still in New Zealand
He no longer lives in that mansion that was cost $1 Million a year in rent
He had a stunning 21 year old girlfriend for a week

Has the US just gone in and seized his cash?

And on a side note, that Mansion he was living at, was built by the people that run that "Chrisco" christmas hamper thing, at the cost of $36Million, in 2009.
Jeeeez, obviously there is no money in Chrisco, i doubt anyone that uses Chrisco would want to hear that.

    EDIT: Hang on

Looks like it was the perfect house for Kim Dotcom

The way he has been dealt with is a disgrace. From my understanding he has been denied due process by both NZ and the US. The US court decisions in particular seem to defy reality, though I am not of course a US lawyer. I doubt he will receive a fair trial in the US. A South American Embassy must be looking good to him right now.

The NZ government appears to have broken its own laws. I think he'll be fine.....

And yes, it is a disgrace.
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.
