I have a Samsung SP-43Q5hL ( Rear Pro )with No Power
the customer said that the convergence was out
but as soon as I get it back to the
work bench it wont even startup
Does any one know how to turn the
protection off on these suckers
Or do you know if the convergence ic's can
cause the protection to kick in.

We got one this week.DEAD with a whistle.
Replace both chips.
Heres the good bit.If one pair of 3.9 ohm resistors is open, it wrecks your new chips.
