    Default emm

I was wondering if anyone can recommend what the correct Emm commands in cccam.cfg of the clients should be to reduce pixelation.
I have read that it should be as follows:
    DISABLE EMM : no
    EXTRA EMM LEVEL : no

    Is this correct?
Others state just to have a blank file with only the C line.
    What about the server?
    thanks

if you want to disable emm from the clients,on the server .cfg its

F: user password 2 1 0 <---last zero is to disable the emm from the client

    2 <---is hopps(dont ask i dont know this)
1 <---server key or something like that, dont know about this either
    0 <--- emms where 0 = no
