    One specific C Line I am having picture flicking.Does anyone know what the solution is to fix this?

    seems like too much RTT (round trip time) on the replies? Get faster interent

    Cable Internet is fast ...
    Same C Line I v been using and just started given me problem.It was ok last week.
    I am running it only one C line and same problem happening.

    If you're using floptus cable then you're in for a shock.
    Yes it may be fast once it gets going, but the latency is through the roof, anywhere in the excees of 50 or 60ms and you can say good bye to a pixel free picture.
    Seen this too many times on floptus, especially in their peak time 6pm to 11:30pm where it can sit as high as 120ms +.

    Yes you got the point there it is happening allways the same time (peak hours)
