    Default Foxtel Card in Dreambox

Just wondering is it safe to run a Foxtel Blue card in the front slot of a DM500s, over a long period (indefinitely)

because I have heard that the front slot of a DM500s will burn out a Goldie, & I think it has burned out some Foxtel Orange cards too,

    Thanks

I've been running the Blue for 3 months so far with no issues.

The fruit variety needs to be run from Phoenix Card reader connected to the serial port (havent tried it, just remembering what I have read).

The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.
