    Default wan

    To all that have suceeded
    Am trying a wan connection with no success (internally at the mo)
    F line user 5 pass5
    C line (my name)bounceme.net 12000 user5 pass5 , have not entered an external address as iwas told it was not required
    opened 12000 on router(i hope)
    Network settings on DM, last 2 items have installed my router number (?)
    How can i ping?
    Have i missed some thing obvious?
    ps CCcam and PLI

    If your only trying to do internal connections, type -the ip of the server box- 12000 user5 pass5. Wan should be quite similar, only substituting your internal ip for the bounceme.net redirection.

    You don't need to open/forward any ports for internal either. You will need to port forward 12000 when you try it over the net though
