Yes there was a 3.6 manual and I have no idea why you would install one in your house? Surely you could have come up with a better panel than that?

    Hi

If you pull a fuse out & read across the holder you will see a positive on one side ( incoming power ) and a negative on the other side (via the board circuitry). This is one way of checking the fuse when you have oiss poor eyesight like mine. If the fuse is ok there will be no voltage drop across it.

Don't forget to refer to the fuse replacement guide.

Sounds like you got the a/c plug pack polarity around the wrong way. Swap them leads around and all should be well. The other problem sounds like your EOL resistors have been inserted the wrong way. Take them out and turn them around and you should now get a seal on your zones, but you would of known that previously being an alarm installer. Your offering way to much at $50.00 for a new modern panel. Go to flea bay and buy a $10.00 special and i guarantee you won't be disapointed. You might be able to pick up a DSR module that doesn't even have fuses that need replacing when you do dumb things or needs a keypad to turn off and on.

Sounds like the blown flux capacitor in the battery charger circuit. I'd be checking that first. If not you could always jump in a TARDIS and get a brand new board.

At least the tardis doesn't need to reach 85mph to activate!
