visionasia on optus D2

I have a gamma card for optus d2 for visionasia channels plus others. Since last week the card is playing up. The picture comes and then disappears all the time. Is anyone having the same problem. Does the card needs updating or does the satellite box requires new firmware? I'll appreciate the feedback.

There is a thread about this already - Seems that people using NewCS can get it to work for a while, but it isn't a 100% fix.
