Multi epg gone

Hello all,

For some reason, it seems the multi-EPG is coming up totally blank on all channels and I don't know why. I have a DM500 with a DM7000 remote.

Please can anyone help me....

Thankyou anyway but I found my answer in another thread.

I changed the time settings off transponder on to system time. It is now back on transponder and everything is fine.
