    Default TomTom on PDA slow

Hey, im using TomTom navcore v 7.915 on my Touch Pro2 running windows mobile 6.1 and all was working swimmingly.... until i flashed a new rom (miris) onto it. The new rom runs windows 6.5 and when i opened TT it is REALLY slow.
The screen only updates like every 10 or 15 seconds which isnt good when your on busy streets
Does anybody know if this is a problem with flashed roms or the software itself running on windows 6.5?

    Any help is appreciated

The Windows versions of Tomtom are fairly old and only support the basic maps.
I'm a fan of the TT PNA's but I think for Windows based PDA's are better solutions available than Tomtom.
You should try IGO for example ,it looks pretty easy and you get maps with all ofthe latest features....
And I'm sure there are other solutions as well.
    Tomtom GO730 ,Navcore 9.004 ,Bootloader 5.5256 ,Map :Australia 845.2661
ttmaps and Tomplayer on 16GB SDHC class6

tomar5e, I think you answered your own question. Win 6.1 is an oficial version when 6.5 you got installed is not.
As downuder suggested try some other apps and then if not happy try to go back to your win 6.1.
